LA Mattress is a family-owned chain of five Los Angeles showrooms that wanted to sell online without losing what makes them different: no-pressure, salaried consultants and the chance to lie down on every bed. They needed a store that helped shoppers choose from 200+ models, connected the website to the showrooms, handled financing and white-glove delivery, and ranked for the most competitive query in the city: "mattress store Los Angeles".
We built a storefront that meets shoppers in whichever way they like to decide: an 8-question sleep quiz that narrows 200+ models to a handful, a sleep-expert chat powered by Claude for plain-English advice, or a showroom finder for those who want to try in person. The catalog spans every brand (Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Helix, Diamond and more), size, and type, with 0% APR financing and lease-to-own at checkout, free white-glove delivery with old-mattress haul-away, and a 120-night exchange. A deep library of buying guides and location content does the heavy lifting for local SEO.
LA Mattress now has a store that mirrors the showroom online. The 8-question sleep quiz narrows 200+ models down to a confident shortlist, the Claude-powered sleep expert answers questions in plain English the way a salaried consultant would, and the showroom finder hands off to the in-person experience for shoppers who want to lie down first. Financing and white-glove delivery are built into the flow, so a higher-ticket purchase can close online without losing the no-pressure, human feel the family is known for.
